What happens if we are a mixed or split family?

Each parent in split or mixed families will receive a unique password to be used with their family code. This password will allow each parent to access academic reports and details for their children and allow access to view and change their own personal details. To avoid any misunderstandings we ask parents of split or mixed families to ring the College to confirm their details so we can ensure access is restricted to the correct information.

When I change my contact details, why are they are not shown when I refresh the browser?

All changes to details are held in an intermediate state until they are reviewed by a member of staff at our end. This process would usually happen in the morning on the next business day and in most cases will be approved without any contact from us. If we find a problem we will contact you as soon as possible. When you update your details you should receive a confirmation email.

I cannot login using the credentials supplied to me. Who can I contact? 

You can contact ICT Support via email. Please include your name and parent code, if known.

Why can’t I see the student report paperclip link next to my child’s picture in Parent Lounge?

Occasionally, it may be necessary for College staff to temporarily “unpublish” student reports in order to carry out editing or maintenance. To avoid inconvenience, we now try to perform this maintenance between the hours of 2:00pm – 3:00pm on weekdays. If you cannot see the paperclip link, please try again at another time.

Academic reports for the past three years can be accessed via Parent Lounge. If you require an academic report from an earlier period, please contact the College.

I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

There is a new method for resetting your password. On the Parent Lounge login page there is a “Forgotten Password?” link, which will prompt you for your parent code and email address. If you are able to provide these, and they match those held in our database, you will receive an email with a new, randomly generated password. Please change this temporary password after you log in.

Your parent code is able to be found on your College statements and is shown as Account Number.
